Maison Preloved specializes in the sale of pre-owned, used, and vintage luxury wearables and accessories.

• Condition: You acknowledge that unless explicitly stated as "New," all items are pre-owned. We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each item (including any wear, scratches, or defects) and display product colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

• Authenticity: We pride ourselves on the curation of genuine luxury goods. However, Maison Preloved is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the brands we sell.

3. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our luxury products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Due to the exclusive and pre-owned nature of our inventory, returns and refunds are governed by our official Return Policy. All sales are final. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the stipulations outlined in our Return Policy.
